 Storm:

storm
Just after we signed the contract with Darren Berrecloth, we decided to make a special chainguide for him. At this time, he traveled around the world, to finish the recording for the ‘Where the trail ends’ film. We knew that the conditions of the ‘ended trails’ were the hardest we could imagine, so the new product must be the most durable and reliable ever. The backplate is wholly made on Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machines from the one block of 5,0mm thick aluminum 7075 T651. The alloy is strong, with a strength comparable to many steels. We decided to increase the stiffness of the upper part of backplate by 30% compared to earlier chainguides. The stiffness ensures that the chain is always on the right place, and it won’t fall off. The intagrated bash guard is made from one of the strongest construction plastics, and it is 12mm thick. It could be easy removed by using just a one tool. The guide plates are made from abrasion resistant material. The pulley is made from plastic, which is much more durable than aluminum one.

The Storm chainguide, which we specially made for Darren is still in use. After you see the ‘Where the trail ends’ film, you will agree with us, that our new product has faced the toughest conditions imaginable.
The Storm is compatible with most of the frames with the ISCGold or ISCG05 chainguide mount (also with new Intense frames).

 WoG:

WoG was developed to face the hardest conditions during races. The backplate is 5,5mm thick and it is wholly made on Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machines from the one block of aluminum 7075 T651. The alloy is strong, with a strength comparable to many steels. We increased the stiffness of the backplate by 30% compared to earlier versions of WoG. Despite of very light weight it is very stiff and durable. The stiffness ensures that the chain is always on the right place, and it won’t fall off. The guide plates are made from abrasion resistant material. The pulley is made from plastic. We have chosen this material through years of testing. It works very quietly, and it is two times more durable than the aluminum pulley. The pulley runs on a sealed bearing, which causes that our chainguides do not cause resistance.

The WoG is compatible with most of frames with the ISCGold or ISCG05 chainguide mount (also with new Intense frames). It could be also applied in frames without the ISCG mount, by using an adaptor.

 WoG-mini:

WoG-mini was developed for users, who use small chainrings. It is lighter than the WoG model, and can be used with maximum 36t. chainrings. The backplate is 5,5mm thick and it is made from one block of aluminum 7075 T651. Despite of very light weight it is very stiff and durable. The stiffness ensures that the chain is always on the right place, and it won’t fall off. The guide plates are made from abrasion resistant material. We have been working on proper materials for over two years. The pulley is made from plastic. We have chosen this material through years of testing. It works very quietly, and it is two times more durable than the aluminum pulley. The pulley runs on a sealed bearing, which causes that our chainguides do not cause intangible resistance.

The WoG-mini is compatible with almost all frames with the ISCGold or ISCG05 chainguide mount (also with new Intense frames). It could be also applied to frames without the ISCG mount, by using an adaptor.

 WG:

WG was developed to face the hardest Downhill races. The guide plates are made from abrasion resistant material. We have been working on proper materials for over two years. The pulley is made from plastic. It works very quietly, and it is two times more durable than the aluminum pulley. The pulley runs on a sealed bearing, which causes that our chainguides do not cause resistance. The WG model is equipped with a special bash guard. To learn more, please go to the Bash-Guard section.

The WoG is compatible with almost all frames with the ISCGold or ISCG05 chainguide mount (also with new Intense frames). It could be also applied in frames without the ISCG mount, by using an adaptor.

 Forte:

Forte

New mozartt forte chainguide is developed for people, who use the front derailleur. The special pulley construction, which rolls on two asymmetric sealed bearings, provide that the chain is tight on each of the chainrings. The chainguide works perfect with our MLD bash. The MLD bash in connection with forte, make the drivetrain is more durable and damage resistant.
The chainguide is made of the highest quality materials. The backplate, bolts and spacers are made from aluminum 7075 T651. The pulley is made from abrasion resistant material, which provides perfect work, even if the chain is extremaly dry.
